• Before using the welder carefully read instructions for use and relative prescriptions.

• WARNING! When using electric devices, follow safety regulations against fire and shocking hazard.

• KEEP WORKPLACE CLEAN. Untidy workplaces are cause of accidents.

• PAY ATTENTION TO ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS. Do not expose tools or welders to the rain. Do not use tools or welders in humid environment. Use a good lighting. Do not use tools or electric welders near liquids or flammable gases.

• PROTECT YOURSELF FROM SHOCK HAZARD. Avoid any contact with objects connected to the earth. Be careful to electrical wires.

• KEEP AWAY FROM WORKPLACE UNAUTHORIZED PEOPLE. Only authorized people are allowed to use tools and welders. Keep strangers out of workplaces.

• KEEP TOOLS AND WELDERS IN SAFE PLACES. Welders and tools in general must be kept in dry places and not accessible to unauthorized people.

• DO NOT STREES TOOLS TOO MUCH. Keep within limits given by manufacturer to get best performances, longer and safer.

• ALWAYS USE THE PROPER TOOLS. Always use accessories compatible with the welder (careful with generators, electrical and welding extensions, adapters). Let electrical tools to cool down especially after long use. Use of different accessories and tools from those indicated by manufacturer can cause injuries to operator, damage welder and other tools and cancel the warranty.

• DO NOT USE WELDER CABLES OR OTHER TOOLS’ CABLES FOR IMPROPER USES. Do not use cables to carry the machine or to extract plug from outlet. Protect welder and cables from contact with sharp objects.

• ALWAYS USE SPECIAL ALIGNERS. Always lock pipe and fittings in the special aligner. This method guarantee a good weld and safety of the operator .

• WARNING! TRY TO AVOID ACCIDENTAL STARTING OF WELDER AND TOOLS. When turning on generator, welder must always be disconnected from it and connected only after a few minutes, since generator during starting phase and until it has reached a steady condition, can generate peaks that may permanently damage board and electronic components of welder. Keep welder disconnected during positioning of adapters pins. When starting electrical tools, make sure switch is not in position 1 (ON) when connecting plug to electrical line or to generator (especially if the tool is not equipped with a safety switch ). Never carry tools connected to electrical line, they could accidentally start.

• BEFORE STARTING WELDING PROCEDURES MAKE SURE THE WELDER IS NOT DAMAGED. Before using the welder make sure safety devices work perfectly (circuit breaker cannot be turned off). Also check, there aren’t any; check that adapter pins and terminals perfectly fit one another and that surfaces in contact are clean. Check that the welder’s frame has not been permanently damaged (water infiltration may occur).

• REPAIRS AND PERIODICAL REVISIONS ARE OF EXCLUSIVE COMPETENCE OF SERVICE CENTERS AUTHORIZED BY MANUFACTURER. This equipment follows safety laws in force for this reason service and repairs can only be done by authorized service centers; on the contrary the manufacturers refuses any responsibility.

• DO NOT MAKE ANY MODIFICATION ON THE MACHINE.

• OPERATORS MUST BE PROPERLY PREPARED ON THE USE OF THE EQUIPMENT.

• ONLY USE NEW EQUIPMENT, REVISED OR CHECKED BY CERVICE CENTER.

• FOLLOW LAW D.L. 12.11.94 n° 626 REGARDING SAFETY IN WORK PLACE.

• DO NOT USE THE MACHINE IF THE AREA IS AT RISK OF EXPLOSION DUE TO THE PRESENCE OF FLAMMABLE GASES ETC..
