Special fixtures, facilitating the welding of various pipe fittings.

This series of welding machines are mainly used for welding industrial plastic pipes, and are widely applied in industrial pipeline construction such as chemical pipelines, water purification, and environmental engineering. They have the following features:

1.This type of machine is designed with an integrated structure, which is both compact and lightweight, making it more suitable for indoor operations in factory areas.
2. The entire machine, including the body, milling cutter and heating plate, are integrated. It is easy to operate, highly efficient and convenient for storage and management.
3. Electronic digital heating plate, with a surface coated with Teflon technology that makes the pipes non-stick.
4. The thick and thin fixtures are used in combination, which is beneficial for fixing pipe fittings such as elbows, tees, and flanges, and facilitates the welding of these fittings.
This type of butt welding machine is mainly composed of two sets of main fixtures, one supporting structure， one electric milling cutter, one heating plate and one lightweight worktable.
Fixture configuration: It includes 2 sets of ￠20-90mm magnetic thick aluminum alloy fixtures, 2 sets of ￠20-90mm magnetic thin aluminum alloy fixtures, and 4 110mm fixtures.

Optional: Φ40 - 160mm Spura fixture, facilitating the use of Y-shaped inclined three-way connector.
