Professional HDPE Drainage Pipe MINI160Y/ MAXI315 Wheels Butt Fusion Welding Machine

A professional welding machine idea for medium sized pipes and sewers up to 315mm. It is consists of a machine body with pressure regulating device, a pair of clamps two lateral supports, an electrically controlled milling cutter for levelling the ends of the pipe and / or fitting with a safety microswitch, an extratable heating plate with automatic electronic device to the temperatue, a sliding support, a tip-up metal frame on wheels tha acts as a work bench and protection when transporting the machine . The MAXI315 can weld fitings such as bends and tees. Branches can also be welded thanks to the single clamps (avaiable on request) indicated for all diameters inthe working range.

Product Description

The MINI, and MAXI are portable welding machines for PE drainage conduits. They welds also other thermoplastic pipes (PP, PB, PVDF and PVC).

In function of the clamps supplied, the machine is signed “P” or “Y” (valid only for MINI models).

Thanks to the special clamps form, the MINI Y is able to block also the branches fitting on all its derivations.

In the MAXI315 machines is necessary to mount special devices on request to weld all the derivations.
