The SQUEEZER 63-200 is an hydaulic squeezer,very effective and useful in the worksite, to stop the gas or water flow in the HDPE pipelines from dn63-dn200mm, SDR11, SDR17.
Thanks to this all the works on the line can be done in the highest safety condictions. The squeezing action on the pipe is possible thanks to hydraulic cylinder which is manually actuated by the operator with a pressing lever. the resulting streingth is transferred to two cylindrical rods which squeeze the pipe till the interruption of the flow.
TheSQUEEZER 63-200 iseasy to transport thanks to two handles and its steel frame. On its sides the SQUEEZER 63-200 is equippes
with two matallic rods for safety protection in case of pressure losses or accidental impacts .Moreover the strandard configuration of the SQUEEZER 63-200 includes the stoppers for SDR 11 and SDR 17 to set according to the pipes diameter.

The SQUEEZER63 is a manual tool. Easy and fast to apply, the SQUEEZER is useful in the worksite to stop the gas or water flow in the HDPE pipeline from dn16-dn63 SDR11-SDR17.
The squeezing action runs by a movable cylindric bar and by an oppostie one.
The second bar can be removed to permit the pipe insertion.Two special stop templates with 4 positions (on the movable bar sides) assure a safe pipe squeeze on all working range diameters
