Large size High pressure High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) fittings are made from the thick-walled pipe blanks and bars. The maximum outer diameter of the thick-walled hollow bar is up to 2500mm. Thick-walled pipe blanks and bars can make for various pipe fittings , which are difficult to process by injection molding, so as to solve many problems encountered in the design, construction and installation of PE pipes.

It can be produced and processed according to ASTM, ISO 4427, EN12201, EN1555 and other standards, concentric reducer, eccentric reducer, tee, mud tee, pipe cap flange and other customized pipe fittings, etc., can be customized according to drawings. Range: 110-2500mm, pressure sdr17-sdr6, the pipe fittings produced by our company have been widely used in the field of water supply, nuclear power plant, oiling & gas, district heating minning, water treatment and sea desalination projects etc.

Product Description

CHUANRONG developped full lines of HDPE flange stub from 40mm up to 2000mm with SDR7, SDR9, SDR11, SDR13.6 SDR17, SDR21 and SDR26.

Australian short stub end, South African short stub end, Thailand short stub end, all up to 2000mm, ASTM( USA) in both IPS and DIPS up to 48" in SDR9, SDR11, SDR17.

Australian stub end are certified by watermark& standardmark.

PE flange stub is used for PE pipe conneting.

With good sealing performance, easy construction, PE flange stub can protect the flanges well. It is widely adopted in water supply pipe, minning area, in particular suitable for negative pressure coal mine pipe connection.

Investment of unique euqipment for flange stub production enhances the working efficiency and solve the bubble problem during the injection.
