HDPE Fitings Saddle Fusion Machine
Applicable to manufacture PE reducing tee fittings in the workshop,the advanced hydraulic system guides the user to complete the welding process step by step and automatically record all welding parameters. Welding can be carried out according to the preset DVS-2207 and other international standards and guidelines,or the welding standards can be customized;Data are transferred via USB interface.
● Full-automatic welding process control:main pipe preheating, beading up, soaking, changeover, pressurization and cooling.
● Multiple automatic monitoring and early warning functions,which would automatically shut down the machine and give alarms in case of non-conformance, ensure reliable and stable welding quality.
● The pressure control system incorporates electromagnetic proportional valve, pressure transmitter and pressure acquisition and control module to realize closed-loop pressure system control.The pressure control curve can be set automatically for automatic control of pressure at each stage of welding process.
● Automatic compensation system for interface force at welded junction, which automatically compensates the welding pressure according to the leakage ratio of welding pressure during cooling,ensures that the interface force of welded junction is within the standard control range.
● The automatic collection and storage system of welding records can record, in real time,the standard value and measured value of welding parameters of each welded junction,and automatically assess the welding result.The storage capacity of the machine is more than 100,000 records.
